Pre-Employment Services
Employee Search:
Flexible Ag Staffing saves you the time of searching for an employee(s).  We go through a thorough screening process which includes interviewing, background checks, homeland security checks, orientations and drug testing.

Recruiting:
Finding quality employees is difficult in the best of times. However,  we are always striving to find the best skilled employees with competition for employees is high then the challenges are even greater.
We at Flexible Ag Staffing pride ourselves on our ability to continually recruit and meet the needs of our demanding customers.  We do this in a variety of ways but primarily the key is that we have a constant presence in the work force environment. We are advertising for new employees constantly in such areas as the local newspaper, employment guides, shoppers, social service agencies, job fairs, and internet searches.

Interviews:
Flexible Ag Staffing’s staff is trained in interviewing methods which help us to assess the candidate’s qualifications for employment. If an applicant passes through the first interview, then a second “sit-down” interview is scheduled. When an applicant is asked to come in for a second interview, our staff will spend approximately 30 minutes interviewing the candidate to help qualify him/her for a particular position. A third interview is sometimes set up before we introduce the applicant to the client as a prospective employee. This is a standard process that is completed for all clients’ positions, UNLESS the client requests otherwise.

Advertising:
Flexible Ag Staffing pays for all expenses incurred while searching for the requested employees.  This includes any advertising or any other types of recruiting expense.

Homeland Security Screening:
Flexible Ag Staffing participates in the Basic Pilot Program which checks applicant’s information in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration databases in an effort to ensure that new hires are eligible to work in the United States.

Drug Screening:
Flexible Ag Staffing offers drug screening in any of our office locations which is very detailed and thorough for those positions other than DOT Drivers, which require a physical or for clients in remote locations. There is a small fee for the drug screen process.  We seek the best talent available to fill your critical jobs. The application process requires an hour to complete, and includes testing for basic academic skills as well as basic logic and processing. The application process is completed by interviewing each applicant to see if they meet Flexible Ag Staffing’s criteria for placement.

Orientations:
When one of our employees is assigned to your company we conduct an orientation that we have prepared, in conjunction with you, detailing the processes and procedures that they need to know prior to beginning their assignment. Typically this includes such things as reporting times, parking, and rules concerning breaks, work rules, dress codes, job expectations and duties, among other company specific materials.

Assessments:
Flexible Ag Staffing offers more than 800 specialized assessments and tools to meet your staffing needs! We offer specialized assessments and specialized tools to help screen applicants to evaluate their skills to see if they meet your criteria for a specific position in your company. We will administer and facilitate the appropriate evaluations and provide you with the information you need to make a final hiring decision. We want to provide you with the best candidates possible and exceed your expectations!

Pay-Rolling Services
Workers Compensation:
All employees sent to your company will be covered by our workers compensation insurance.  In addition we will provide for all the statutory costs such as employer matching social security and Medicare; federal and state unemployment and liability insurance.

We are very proactive concerning worker’s compensation injuries. We have a full-time work comp consultant to direct the process and make sure you and your employee are taken care of.  In this manner we are able to keep our costs to you much lower.  In addition, we accompany the employee to all medical visits and assist them in report filing.

Unemployment:
All employees are covered by Flexible Ag Staffing’s unemployment insurance. If, at any time, one of our employees files unemployment after their assignment has ended with your company, all claims and payments go through Flexible Ag Staffing. We handle all hearings and at no time is your company liable.

Employer Matching Taxes:
All employees are sent to your company as an employee of Flexible Ag Staffing.  As long as they remain under Flexible Ag Staffing’s payroll, we pay all federal and state taxes, and employer matching Medicare and Social Security.

PEO Services & Specialized Programs:
Flexible Ag Staffing can offer PEO services to companies that would like to offer full benefits to their employees yet don’t want the hassles and expense of payroll and human resources.

Flexible Ag Staffing can assisted companies by customizing and tailoring their staffing needs.  Our services are quite extensive so we can provide you with programs to make a perfect fit for your company!

Depending on use, we offer specialized assessments, reports, management tools and coaching to assist you in running a more efficient company.

State of the Art Software:
Flexible Ag Staffing has the state of the art software to keep confidential recording for both the employee and the company.  Up to date reporting is available for clients and paystubs can be downloaded for employees.
