Roberts Tool & Die Co.

RTD has been using Flexible Staffing for several years now with great success. It not only makes good business sense but I like that Flexible Staffing provides a local benefit to both RTD and to the employees assigned to us.
We like the arrangements of the ”temp to hire” option which allows us to try the employee in the position for a probationary period. RTD incurs no employment taxes or liabilities not to mention administration time and cost savings.

We can utilize the work force during peak times and not have to worry about lay-offs during slower times. This is important due to the volatility in the manufacturing work load during our current down turn. RTD has hired several Flexible Staffing employees on full time. I see it as a win-win situation for everyone.

Burg Dunham & Associates

Burdg Dunham and Associates uses Flexible Staffing, Chillicothe, MO as our source of staffing the office due to the HIGH quality of staff we have always received through the thorough interview process. The percent of staff that we use from Flexible Staffing that end up staying on full time with our company is nearly 100% in all the years of working with Flexible Staffing. Each time I have requested staff, the crew at Flexible is expedient in finding a candidate to fill the position, the staff at Flexible Staffing is qualified, proficient in the training and communication with both us as the client and the candidate. They leave nothing for either party in the understanding of the skills, direction, or capabilities of the candidate. Being in the construction business, Flexible Staffing has viewed our facility, knows what qualifications are necessary for our business being a fast paced, constant changing world. I would recommend this firm to anyone in the need of temporary or temporary to full time staffing.

“An incredible commitment to the local area by the owner and staff…”
Doug Smith
WinCup

One of the biggest challenges in today’s business world is “right sizing” your labor pool. This means not only having the correct headcount, but also having employees that fit your process. We are a multi-national company with several manufacturing locations, a central Corporate Office, and an extremely flat organizational structure in areas such as Human Resources. With limited local resources, it is very difficult to manage the complex hiring requirements of today, drug screens, background checks, preliminary interviews, etc. Seasonality of our product line and a changing labor need make the job even more difficult.

Faced with an expansion, and a need to immediately increase our labor resources, we searched the area for staffing agencies that would fit our requirements. The requirements were simple at that time: immediate turnaround and placement, and pre-screening. After several proposals by various staffing agencies, Flexible Staffing ended our search immediately by presenting a smorgasbord of options that we could pick and choose from, including various pre-screens, interviews, etc. We simply stated what we needed, and from that point on, everything was taken care of.

The temp-to-hire format that we have works perfectly for us. We know that the employee has been pre-screened, given a description of the job, and advised on particular requirements of the job before they even arrive. After a short probationary period, those that meet our needs are hired full time. If the employee doesn’t meet the requirements, or the need is no longer there, the temporary assignment is discontinued.

In my opinion, what separates Flexible Staffing from others is:
An incredible commitment to the local area by the owner and staff. This is not a national agency.
A personal commitment, by all that I’ve met, for customer service. We called on Wednesday needing 2 people to start on night shift on Friday. A call from the Flexible office on Thursday morning confirmed that 2 would be here Friday night at 8:00 p.m. It’s that simple.

I know that with the previous agency, we might have kept 10% of those that showed up. I would guess that Flexible Staffing is approaching 85-90%, maybe higher.

Michael Munsterman
The Living Well Co.

Our relationship with Flexible staffing has been nothing short of life saving. On numerous occasions we called Becky with an immediate need and it was filled the SAME DAY! What is most surprising is the quality of people that they employ. We have kept a large percentage of the temporary employees and offered them full time careers. We couldn’t have done that if Flexible Staffing wouldn’t have paid such great attention to the quality of the people they work with.

“There is one simple reason-they (Flexible) make it easy…”
Bob Irish
MFA Incorporated

MFA Incorporated has used Flexible Ag Staffing for several years. There is one simple reason – they (Flexible) make it easy. All you do is give them a call, tell them what you need and how much you want to pay the employee and sit back to wait for the person to show up to work. If you do not like the work the employee is doing, you are one simple phone call away from correcting this. Let the Flexible people know you are not satisfied and they will replace the employee – no questions asked. It is really quite simple.

People that haven’t dealt with a temporary employee provider in the past are initially put back by the cost of the service – usually there is around a 50% “mark-up” when you receive your invoice. MFA Incorporated has taken the time to compare, side by side, the cost of hiring a full-time MFA employee versus filling a position with an employee from Flexible Ag Staffing. The real cost difference is around $1.00 per hour more to fill the position with a Flexible person than hire a full-timer.

On top of all of this – the folks from Flexible really do care about your hiring needs and will do what ever they can to earn and KEEP your business.
